Daily Bible Blessing-81

Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.(Jeremiah 33:6)

God's people had sinned and God had unleashed his wrath upon them. Yet, because of his great love for them, he promised to bring health and healing, peace and security once again. He declared that he would forgive their sins and cleanse them. 
What compassion! What mercy! What love!
We can always depend on this compassion, mercy and love of God.
And the best part of it all is that, when he decides to bless, it's not in a miserly way.
He told the prophet Jeremiah that the blessings would be abundant.
Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.' (Jeremiah 33:9)

Dependable, is one word that we can relate to our God who sent his son to the cross for us. The Apostle Paul, writing to the Romans, says, "He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all - how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?(Romans 8:32)" 

God loves you and is always willing to forgive, cleanse, heal and give peace and security, so trust in him continually. You are precious to him.
