Final Word- 5

`One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter`s brother, said to Jesus,`There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these among so many?` (John 6:8,9)

What we think of as little, can be multiplied quickly by God Almighty!
Jesus wanted his disciples to feed a large multitude but all they could find was five loaves of bread and two fish and Andrew believed it was totally insufficient.
Faith is believing in the supernatural and Andrew was not yet there. So also the other disciples.
Philip, another disciple said, `Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that everyone of them may receive a little.`

Jesus was testing his disciples to see whether they really believed in the supernatural power of God when he asked them to feed a large multitude in a remote place, but they failed miserably, even after seeing Jesus do many great miracles. All they had to say was..."You can do it Master", but they did not.

Then Jesus did the impossible. He fed the 5000+ multitude with the five loaves and two fish. When he had given thanks to the Father for the food available at hand, it multiplied to such an extent that everyone ate to their hearts content and the disciples could pick up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces of bread and fish. Praise God!

Whatever difficult situation you are in today, believe in the supernatural power of God to give you deliverance and victory.
